What we do
Campbelltown Bathroom Renovations organises bathroom, ensuite, powder room and laundry renovations for homes across Campbelltown and the wider Macarthur area. You send us the details, we arrange a free measure, and a written quote comes from the licensed builder who would do the work.
We are a referral service rather than the builder. That is stated here up front so it is clear from the beginning.
The licensed builder
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request — just ask at the measure or any time before you sign.
With the licence number in hand, you can search the NSW Fair Trading register and see the licence class, whether it is current, when it expires and whether there is any disciplinary history.
Plumbing, electrical work and asbestos removal each need their own licence in NSW and are done by appropriately licensed trades.
Why family bathrooms in Macarthur
Because the homes here share a story. Much of Campbelltown's housing was built in the 1970s and 1980s for young families on a budget: three or four bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. Newer estates like Glen Alpine and Mount Annan added an ensuite, but those rooms are now twenty or thirty years old too.
The families in those homes have grown. The practical problems are the same across hundreds of streets — not enough bathrooms, not enough storage, leaking showers, mould in winter and tiles that crack as the clay moves.
Knowing that an Ingleburn fibro cottage probably needs an asbestos test and a floor inspection, or that a Glen Alpine spa bath has probably not been used since the kids were toddlers, makes for a better quote and fewer surprises.
What we care about
Bathrooms that survive family life. Slip-resistant floors, stain-resistant grout, fittings with spare parts, storage where kids can reach it.
Honest scoping. If a regrout and a new vanity will do the job, we will say so.
A program you can plan around. Firm dates for when the bathroom is out of action.
