What helps us help you
- Your suburb. Campbelltown, Leumeah, Ambarvale, Glen Alpine, Ingleburn, Mount Annan or nearby.
- The room. Main bathroom, ensuite, powder room, laundry — or adding a new bathroom.
- Roughly how big. "About two metres by two and a half" is plenty.
- When the house was built. Anything before about 1990 will need an asbestos test before demolition.
- Slab or timber floor, if you know. It affects what is possible with the layout.
- Who uses the room. Young kids, teenagers, older parents — it changes the design.

Why we measure before we price
The biggest cost factors in a Macarthur bathroom are hidden until someone is standing in the room: whether the floor is slab or timber, where the sewer line runs, whether the shower has been leaking into the wall, and what the wall sheeting is made of.
The measure is free, takes about half an hour, and includes a conversation about how the family uses the room.
