The details we collect
When you contact us through the form or by phone, we keep a record of what you tell us. Normally that is your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and some information about your home and the room you want renovated. Calls may be logged or recorded so that enquiries reach the right person and can be followed up.
If you send photos of your bathroom, or share an asbestos test report or plans, we use them only for your enquiry.
We never ask for credit card details, bank account numbers or identity documents through this website. Please do not send them.
Why we collect them
So we can call you back, book a measure, prepare a quote and stay in touch about your renovation. That is all.
Who we share them with
We are a referral service. Your enquiry is passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with, who contacts you, visits your home, prepares the quote and, if you proceed, does the work. From then on, the builder looks after your information under its own privacy practices.
Depending on your job, we or the builder may also need to share relevant details with:
- a licensed asbestos assessor or removalist
- a certifier or council, if an approval is needed
- a government authority, where the law requires it
Businesses that help us run the site
Like most websites, we use outside services to host the site, run the enquiry form, manage contacts and handle phone calls. They only process information on our behalf.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Keeping and deleting records
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Some records relating to asbestos or other hazardous materials may need to be kept longer by law.

Checking or correcting your information
Call 02 4601 3691 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted. If you are unhappy with how we deal with a privacy issue, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
